BAF® Request: AUCKLAND-497-FS-Payment-Process Automation



An existing ICG client is looking for a Process Automation Consultant to work with their Chief Information Officer to migrate an external email solution to an internal provision model.

The Role

The successful accredited professional will be accountable for:

  • Document the dynamics and cost of the client’s current email process for payment exception customer contacts
  • Recommend an in-house process with the target of improving payment realization and reducing processing costs, using off-the-shelf cloud-based apps
  • Coordinate the implementation of the approved solution

Payments Management Consultant

Our client is seeking to bring their payment exception contact program in-house to improve effectiveness and costs. This will require a baseline understanding of the current situation and then the investigation of alternative processing options utilizing known cloud-based services but managed within the client’s organization.

The Automation Consultant will perform the baseline diagnostic and craft a recommended solution, complete with gap analysis of expected gains.  They will then work with the client to implement the solution.

The successful accredited professional will have experience in payments collection processes and process automation design and implementation.

Ideally the accredited professional will have significant experience in:

  • 3+ years as a management consultant or industry executive
  • Payments and software services
  • Process automation
  • Business case preparation.

Logistics, process & Rate

Logistics: The engagement will commence mid-August 2017 and complete by the end of September 2017.

Location: Auckland.

Offshore and Interstate candidates will only be considered if they cover their own travel and accommodation expenses.

Rate: Final amount to be negotiated with the client, however, depending on level of experience and seniority, the daily gross rate range for the Automation Consultant would be between $NZ1,400 and $NZ1,600.
