BAF® Request: SYD-446-Senior Manager, Cards Acquisition, Loyalty & Partnerships
A new ICG client is looking to appoint a Senior Manager, Cards Acquisition, Loyalty & Partnerships on a three-month contract to play a versatile leadership role across a variety of initiatives in cards strategy, acquisition development, cards and merchant loyalty programs, and cards partnerships management.
Our Client has a large cards portfolio with several initiatives underway in the loyalty, partnerships and strategic spaces and requires a senior professional with substantial cards experience to lead & drive high priority business initiatives and play a leadership role in the cards business.
The successful accredited professional will be accountable for both specific initiatives and the day-to-day deliverables, prioritisation of deliverables, and provide expertise in the areas of card loyalty and acquisition strategies.
The role reports at the Head of Cards, Loyalty & Partnerships level and will be required to regularly provide updates and recommendations to key stakeholders, including:
- GM Consumer Finance
- GM Cards Marketing
- External parties and Executive
- Peers and team
Senior Manager, Cards, Loyalty & Partnerships
The successful professional will likely have held similar senior roles in a large financial services organisation or consulted in these areas in the past, has an ability to lead a small team and will work within a high performing team.
They will have experience in cards and a referenceable track record of/proven expertise/leadership in:
- Successful cards loyalty program management
- 3rd party management to enhance acquisition, loyalty and CVP
- Cards growth strategies
- Communications and influencing skills
- Team leadership and people management
- Developing and leading an engaged workforce
Logistics, Rate & Process
Logistics: Starting early April on a three-month contract. Candidates based in both Sydney and Melbourne will be considered.
Location: Sydney based
Offshore and interstate candidates will only be considered if they cover their own travel and accommodation expenses.
Rate: The daily net rate to the Professional for the Senior Manager, Cards Acquisition, Loyalty & Partnerships is $1,050
