A new ICG financial services client is looking to appoint a Senior Marketing Leader on a three-month contract as interim-lead of a dynamic, multi-channel and product marketing and communications team.
Based on the performance of the successful candidate and client feedback, the candidate would be eligible for a permanent placement opportunity.
Our Client is currently underway with an exciting new business strategy designed to improve and enhance client satisfaction through the redefinition of target client service levels, value propositions, products, marketing support, client engagement and communications.
The successful accredited professional will be accountable for both specific initiatives and the day-to-day deliverables spanning marketing strategy and execution, online channel asset management, brand management, events and sponsorship, and external communications and media.
The role reports at the executive level and will be required to regularly interact with a number of stakeholders across the business including peers, senior executives and external parties.
Senior Marketing Manager
The successful professional will likely have held similar senior roles in a large services organisation or consulted in these areas in the past, has an ability to lead a medium-sized team and will work within a high performing team.
They will have broad marketing expertise in financial services products, channels (digital, face-to-face, voice), media, B2B and B2C business models and a referenceable track record of proven experience in:
- client proposition development
- operational marketing go-to-market frameworks
- the ability to quickly grasp existing client, product and service offerings integrate them into a client centric (B2B) and customer-centric (B2C) marketing operating rhythm
- customer centric solution research, design and implementation methodologies
- brand development and management
- event management and sponsorships
- having strong communications and influencing skills
- managing marketing budgets and external agencies
- developing and leading an engaged workforce
Although experience in financial services business is preferable, the client is seeking candidates from across a variety of service industries to ensure the best quality marketing leader is found who can join a high-paced, highly competitive, growth business.
Logistics, process & Rate
Logistics: Starting mid-October on an initial three-month contract. Based on the performance of the successful candidate and client feedback, the candidate would be eligible for a permanent placement opportunity.
Location: Sydney Based.
Rate: The daily gross rate range for the Senior Marketing Leader is $1,500.
Client Engagement Professional: This BAF is issued by an ICG professional with a 60% BAF conversion rate (over 7 BAFs). The ICG professional has generated 227 days of billed work and the client is rated 5/5 by consultants.
