ICG appoints new Global Practice Leader for Leadership & Executive Development
A new ICG practice, expanding service offerings to corporate, government and not for profit clients

ICG has seen increased demand for leadership coaching and executive development within its clients and is responding to this need by establishing a new global practice focusing on Leadership & Executive Development (LED), with a primary focus on people, talent and leadership acquisition and growth management.
ICG is pleased to announce today the appointment of Wade Azmy from Pharos Leadership as the Global Leader for the new practice. Wade will lead the new practice from Singapore and Sydney, which will offer Evidence-Based Executive Coaching and Leadership Development services integrated within ICG’s extensive services offering. Wade will continue to support his existing clients as Executive Chairman of Pharos Leadership, an International Coaching firm he founded in 2002.
