This is a BAF® Best Accredited Professional Forward request. ICG is seeking interested and available professionals to respond to a service request.

Client

An existing ICG Singapore client is looking for ITIL Service manager to support a large scale implementation and operations for ICT Operating Environment infrastructure across more than 400 sites.

The Role

ITIL service manager based in Singapore to oversee design and deployment of the support operation for the new ICT Operating Environment across the entire user base, including the following services:

  • Desktop services
  • Netwrok services
  • Monitoring and management services
  • Directory services
  • Security services
  • Mobile management services
  • Remote access services

Preferred Knowledge and Experience

  • ITIL Service Manager Certification
  • 10 years experience in IT service delivery (eg. desktop support) with over 20,000 user base.

Logistics, Process and Rate

Logistics: Singapore location assignment, commencing within 2-3 months.

Offshore candidates who reside outside of Singapore will only be considered if they cover their own travel and accommodation expenses.

Process: APT’s must be lodged by the time and date specified below.

We will review all APT’s and select the best 3 for the client. The client or ICG Account Manager will then conduct interviews and advise of further process.

Rates: Final amount to be negotiated with the client, depending on level of experience and seniority.
