A potential ICG Singapore client is looking for a Senior Credit Training Specialist to work with the Corporate Banking Division of a major financial institution in Jakarta.
The Role
The successful affiliate will be accountable for leading an intensive credit training program over an agreed time frame to train and/or upgrade credit and business analysis skills of middle management bank officers in the following topics:
- Corporate Credit
- Commercial/SME Lending
- Trade Finance
- Public Finance, Sovereign and Infrastructure Lending
- Troubled Credit and Workouts
- Treasury, Money Markets and Risk Management
- Compliance, AML and Corporate Governance
Senior Credit Training Specialist
The successful affiliate will primarily work with the Bank’s program leadership to present and develop credit and market analysis modules for both client facing and middle office managers in various divisions of the Bank.
The successful affiliate will have deep experience in well-established bank training programs and with a strong emphasis on current processes and best practices in the Industry such as relevant Compliance and AML regulations. They will have demonstrated track record of successfully managing the knowledge transfer and change requirements for financial institutions.
Ideally, the affiliate will have significant experience in:
- Significant experience (min 3-5 years) as a credit training
specialist - Complex multi-business, multi-geographic expertise
- Financial Services Industry domain expertise
- Dealing with a variety of regulatory stakeholders
Logistics, Process and Rate
Logistics: Jakarta location. Starting immediately for initial [one-month] period with a potential to extend.
Process: APT’s must be lodged by the time and date specified below.

Rates: Final amount to be negotiated with the client, however, depending on the level of experience and seniority, the daily rate range for the Credit Training Specialist would be between S$1500 and S$2500.
