Client

An existing ICG client is looking for an IT Governance Consultant to work with their Chief Information Officer to craft a set of IT governance policies for their global organization.

The Role

The successful Accredited Professional will be accountable for:

  • Based on an outline provided by the client, research a set of IT Policies that will be applied globally as part of a Target Operating Model
  • Creating a set of “off-the-shelf” policies to be pragmatic and focused according to the client’s needs
  • Create easy to read pages with the policy content within the client’s document management system – Atlassian Confluence

IT Governance Consultant

Our client is establishing a Target Operating Model for their global IT delivery and seeks to detail a set of policies they have prescribed to underpin the establishment of the TOM.

It is important to the client to pragmatic policies that are not filled with technical jargon or go to a deep level of control.  Moreover, they require a suite of directional policies that will empower the country IT Managers to make their own decisions aligned to the policy intent.

Our client wishes to engage a consultant experienced in IT Governance and Operating Models to research and refine a set of governance policies according to a set of policy requirements they have established with their board.

Ideally, The Accredited Professional will have significant experience in:

  •  5+ years as a management consultant or risk professional
  • Complex multi-business, multi-geography enterprises
  • Software services
  • Target operating models for a corporate IT department

 

Logistics, process & Rate

Logistics: The engagement will commence immediately and expectation is a two-week time frame for completion.

Location: Ideally the consultant will be located in Australia or NZ and will deal with the client either in person (Auckland) or remotely.

Rate: A fixed gross rate of $15,000 (plus GST as required) will be paid to the successful candidate.
