BAF® Request: BRISBANE-494-Infrastructure Internal Consulting Role-Senior Consultant-M&A Experience

Client

A new ICG client is a leader in the design, construction and operation of major infrastructure in Australia. However, for this project, prior infrastructure experience is desirable but not required.

The Role

The Senior M&A Consultant will be responsible for a full scan of the industry and related industries for potential M&A and JV opportunities.
Accountabilities will include: 

• Reporting to Head of Strategy
• Interact with Senior internal team resources, Executive and develop Board level presentations
• Performing qualitative and quantitative industry analysis
• Assess and prioritise opportunities
• Prepare feasible scenarios / M&A pathways
• Prepare recommendations for further analysis

Senior Consultant – M&A

The successful Accredited Professional will have:

• Significant experience (6+ years) as a management consultant from a leading global consultancy or recognised top-tier boutique
• A well regarded MBA or equivalent qualification
• Experience with industry analysis and high-level valuation
• intrinsic knowledge of company merger assessment tools
• May have previous work experience from a highly regarded investment bank
• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to build instant rapport and confidence with C-suite Executives
• Ability to foster strong working relationships with key senior clients

Logistics, process & Rate

Logistics: Commence Immediately. Flexible on time allocation, but up to full time for 2-3 months.

Location: Brisbane.

Offshore and interstate candidates will only be considered if they cover their own travel and accommodation expenses.

Rate: Daily Gross rate $2.8-3.0K AUD.

 We will review all APT’s and select the best 3. The client will then conduct interviews.
