Client

A new ICG client is looking for an Operating Model Designer to work with their Senior Management team to develop a target operating model for its in-house legal operation function.

The Role

The successful accredited professional will work with the project lead and be accountable for managing the program deliverables:

  • Stakeholder Interviews
  • Preparation of decision-making materials
  • operating model Design
  • process, resourcing and technology review

Ideally the accredited professional will have significant experience in:

  • Experienced consultant (5-10 years) to work with the project manager hands-on
  • Require experience in the development of operating models for corporate functions
  • Experience in legal, regulatory, IP or similar internal functions is a bonus

 

Logistics, process & Rate

Logistics: Start immediately, initial milestone end of 2017.

Location: Basel.

Will give preference to UK- or Continental Europe-based consultants but will consider overseas candidates if they pay their own travel and accommodation.

Rate: The day Gross rate is between USD 2,000 to USD 2,500 depending on experience.
