A new Jakarta-based ICG client is looking for a Senior Human Resources Consultant to reviewing its HR policies and practices.

The Role

The successful accredited professional will provide expert advice and guidance on aspects of the client’s HR policies and practices.  Acting as subject matter expert the accredited professional will frame customer HR needs and potential improvements in their HR practice.

Initial assessment revealed the following key areas for further exploration:

• HR Policies
• Job Progression
• Leadership
• Communication

HR Senior Consultant Role

The successful accredited professional will work within a client team environment.  They will interview unit heads, functional heads, and senior management team in Jakarta as well as selected managerial staff in human resources department.

The successful accredited professional will have experience in human resources policies and practices, recruitment and selection, performance management, job progression, rewards and recognition, and workforce development.  Good engagement and workshop facilitation skills are required as well as an ability to write executive submissions and business reports.

This is a hands-on role with the opportunity to work in a transformation project aiming at developing the organisation HR capability, making a difference to the team and organisation at the critical front end of the business.

Ideally the accredited professional will have:

• Significant experience (5-8 years) in a Top Tier/Big 5 consulting firm, or equivalent industry experience in Human Resources;
• Experience in HR policies and practices
• Experience in policy, process and implementaiton design and delivery
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Interacting with the organization’s HR functions to transact necessary changes;

Logistics, Process and Rate

Logistics:  Jakarta location – 5 days on site.

Offshore / Interstate candidates will only be considered if they cover their own travel, the client will provide hotel accommodation including breakfast.

Process: APT’s must be lodged by the time and date specified below.

Rates: Depending on the level of experience and seniority, the daily rate range for the HR senior consultant would be between SGD1,500 and SGD2,000, gross rate.
