BAF® Request: LON-433-Performance & Compensation-Mid-Level Consultant

ICG BAF

Client

A new client of our global community to the Professional Services sector is about to engage us for a partner compensation project. The client is one of the global PR firms with ca. 150 partners in ca. 20 countries and revenues of GBP 200m.

The Role

We are looking for a mid-level consultant to support the project leader on this project. The work will be London based; we can accommodate travel from Continental Europe; those from outside Europe need to bear their own travel and accommodation costs.

The successful candidate will have 5-10 years’ experience in executive compensation and/or designing and implementing executive performance management processes in publicly held institutions or larger SMEs. Ideally this experience will have been recent (within the last 3 years) given the many changes in management practice in this area.

Logistics, Rate & Process

Logistics: This exploratory phase of the project will commence in the first week of February and conclude at the end of March. The entire project will likely continue until October.

Location: Based in London

Rate: Remuneration will be on a day rate basis, based on the consultant’s experience level. This is not a full-time role; work can easily be planned and fitted around other projects.

Process: APT’s must be lodged by the time and date specified below.
