BAF® Request: LON-PSP-MKT-390-Client Interviews-Senior Consultant/Manager

Client

An existing client of our new ICG Professional Services Sector Practice (PSP) is the Hong Kong office of a global US-based law firm. We are looking for a Senior Consultant / Manager to work with the Director of Business Development and Marketing to conduct, initially, 5-6 relationship interviews with a major key client, with a potential for additional interviews for additional key clients.

The Role

For this initial project, the successful accredited professional will:

• Attend 1-2 briefing meetings (by video conference)
• Conduct the required number of interviews on the client’s client site
• Prepare a report of findings
• Debrief with the client and appropriate client partners on the findings (in person or by video conference TBD)

Senior Consultant / Manager

The successful professional will have substantial experience conducting relationship interviews with senior executives. Legal sector experience, while not required, can mitigate less consulting experience. Cantonese is helpful yet not essential.

The successful ICG professional will primarily work directly with the client; ICG PSP practice oversight depends on experience. The client has envisaged additional interview projects depending on outcome, which we would cover under this same BAF for client consistency purposes.

Logistics, Process and Rate

Logistics: Hong Kong location. Hong Kong candidates preferred; travel and accommodation expenses to be decided following BAF return.

Decision will be made during August; project start mid-September for completion mid-October

Process: APT’s must be lodged by the time and date specified below.

We will review all APT’s and select the best 3 for the client. The client will then conduct interviews.

Rate: This is a competitive bid. Final amount to be negotiated with the client. Based on current information, fee for the successful professional envisaged to be ca. USD 800-1,000 per interview for a total interview fee of ca. USD 4,000-6,000, plus a ca. USD 3,000 set-up fee, plus an hourly rate to be agreed for additional debriefing iterations.
