Client

A new ICG client is looking for a Senior Consultant. They are a boutique advisory firm working C-level executives and boards on a range of talent and intelligence services including succession planning, talent solutions and competitive intelligence.A new ICG client is looking for a Senior Consultant. The Role

They are a looking for a senior consultant to run their competitive intelligence projects, who can sit between the researchers/analysts and the client facing consultants, developing the overarching hypothesis, presentation narrative and structure and guiding the activities of the researchers/analysts to address the hypothesis and developed the required content.

More specifically, a consultant who can assist them:

• Writing/ Preparing Competitive Intelligence PowerPoint presentations
• Steer and refine project deliverables, guiding the in-house researchers and analysts accordingly
• Produce content and insights of a quality that will meet the expectations of Group Executive stakeholders in ASX top 50. The presentation will influence major organisation design and capability decisions
• They require an expert well versed in developing effective presentation structures, including horizontal and vertical logic (pyramid structure) crafted to top tier consulting standard

Experience in a top-tier consulting firm will be highly regarded.

 Logistics, Process and Rate

Logistics: Melbourne location. Role is available immediately with an expected commitment of 2-3 days per week. This engagement is for 6 months, with the potential to continue beyond that.

Interstate candidates will only be considered if they cover their own travel and accommodation expenses..

Process: APT’s must be lodged by the time and date specified below.

We will review all APT’s and select the best 3 for the client. The client will then conduct interviews.

Rates: The net daily rate for the Consultant will be $1500-$1600 per day depending on their experience and back-ground. NOTE: this is the NET amount the consultant will receive –GST and ICG fee will be in addition.
