An existing ICG client and leading industry superfund has just completed a review of the effectiveness of its internal intranet site and is looking for a Consultant/ Communications Expert to lead the rejuvenation of the site. The scope for the work will be for the shared services business groups and is part of a larger fund-wide intranet rejuvenation project.

The Role

The successful professional will lead the work from detailed design to implementation:

• Mobilising key stakeholders and content owners,
• Defining the content required (what to add/ delete/ adapt),
• Finalising the design of the new intranet pages,
• Managing the delivery of the new intranet page content, including establishment of relevant search keys,
• Completing the implementation.

Consultant/ Communications Expert

The successful professional will work (under the guidance of the relevant GM) with the Client’s executive and key stakeholders to develop a pragmatic approach to the intranet rejuvenation.

The successful professional will have a clear understanding of shared services within financial services and the enquiries for information that can be expected via the intranet. A successful track record in communications will ensure that the intranet becomes a valuable source of information: simple, clear and useful.

Delivery of the work must be in a pragmatic, user centric and values driven manner.

Logistics, Process and Rate

Logistics:  Melbourne location; Starting in October for 3 months; expected to be on a part-time basis.

Offshore / Interstate candidates will only be considered if they cover their own travel and accommodation expenses.

Process: APT’s must be lodged by the time and date specified below.

We will review all APT’s and select the best 3. The client will then conduct interviews.

Rates: The daily gross rate would be $1,300.
