A rapidly growing FMCG manufacturing client is looking to appoint a Reliability & Maintenance Strategy Consultant with broad experience in whole of site manufacturing maintenance.

The Role

The client has achieved rapid growth and has outgrown the Existing systems and processes. This role requires the consultant to conduct a detailed review of the current maintenance and reliability strategy, identify gaps, establish options based on industry best practices and finally create recommendations (short, medium and long term)

Reliability & Maintenance Strategy Consultant

The Reliability & Maintenance Strategy Consultant will be working primarily with the Operations Manager, the business owner and senior stakeholders to develop a robust reliability and maintenance strategy.

The successful ICG Accredited professional will have significant experience including:

• Minimum 15 years’ experience in a senior Asset Management, Maintenance or Reliability role within a leading large scale organisation
• Demonstrated experience in Reliability & Maintenance Engineering
• Experience in Reliability & Maintenance Strategy planning and execution
• Familiarity with current reliability and maintenance management systems in order to make fit for purpose recommendations
• The ability to articulate and document the strategy in clear business language in written form and PowerPoint ready for presentation to an Executive

Logistics, Process and Rate

Logistics: Based in Melbourne. 4-8 days starting asap

Offshore and interstate candidates are welcome to apply but are required to meet their own travel and accommodation costs.

Process: APT’s must be lodged by the time and date specified below.

 We will review all APT’s and select the best 3. The client will then conduct interviews.

Rates: Final amount to be negotiated with the client, however, depending on level of experience and seniority, the daily gross rate range for the Reliability & Maintenance Strategy Consultant would be between $1,100 to $1,600 per day.
