BAF® Request: MEL-419-Strategy–Consultants
Client
A focused mid-sized strategy consulting firm is seeking the services of consultants to support with the execution of projects and support of proposal development.
The Role
The firm is currently experiencing a peak project load. The objective is to work alongside existing consultants from the firm on existing project work, and support the further growth of the firm through supporting proposals development and writing.
Current projects are predominantly within the Higher Education and Government sectors, ranging from strategy to performance improvement to capital works business cases and partnership development.
The successful professional(s) will have good experience in strategy and operations consulting, working in a team based environment, working with data, and extensive stakeholder consultation.
Strong understanding of, and experience in, a hypothesis-driven consulting process is mandatory, preferably within a major consulting firm. Ideally the Consultant will have experience in the higher education or government sectors, but this is not mandatory.
Logistics, Process and Rate
Logistics: Melbourne location; Starting immediately for initial 1 month burst with a likely follow on of between 2 and 4 months.
Interstate and offshore candidates would not be considered.
Process: APT’s must be lodged by the time and date specified below.

We will review all APT’s and select the best 3. The client will then conduct interviews.
Rates: Final amount to be negotiated with the firm, however, depending on level of experience and seniority: The net amount paid to the Consultant – range of $800 to $1200 per day.
