BAF® Request: MEL-478-Public Sector – Transformation Program Director
Client
A new public sector ICG client is embarking on a major transformation program and is looking for an experienced Transformation Program Manager on an interim basis, whilst it sources a permanent resource.
The program is projected to deliver over five years at a cost of c.$500M and will completely change the Client’s business model and re-platform its business.
The Role
The Client has gained approval to its business/transformation strategy and is now looking to move into detailed planning and solutions/partner selection.
The successful Accredited Professional will be accountable for shaping the plan, establishing the Program Management office, required work streams/projects and with embedding robust project management disciplines across the program.
He/she will report at Executive Director level
Transformational Program Director
The successful professional will work across the organisational structure liaising regularly at all levels including the Executive Directors/Board.
The successful professional will be able to evidence extensive experience of:
- successfully incepting and shaping complex transformational business and organisational change programs over a period of 10+ years as a consultant or industry practitioner
- successfully managing the communication and change requirements for large-scale change programs.
- Financial Services (ideally insurance) and or Government
Logistics, Rate & Process
Logistics: Starting immediately for initial three-month period with a potential to extend.
Location: Melbourne
Offshore and interstate candidates will only be considered if they cover their own travel and accommodation expenses.
Rate: Final amount to be negotiated with the client, however, depending on level of experience and seniority, the daily gross rate range for the Transformation Programme Director would be $3,000-$3,500 per day for an exceptional candidate.
