BAF® Request: MELBOURNE-511-Services-Senior Expert Advisor

ICG BAF

Client

A leading insurance provider focused on providing the highest services to customers in the insurance industry

The Role

The client is seeking to diversify its services and is assessing opportunities in adjacent areas of its core business. Within this context, the client is looking at re-engineering business processes to improve efficiency and speed in both customer facing and back office processing of a healthcare organisation.

The client seeks a strong Senior Expert Advisor to join the team with proven business process design credentials (i.e. six sigma training or the equivalent there of) and long-term experience in assessing and documenting business processes, hotspot analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and the ability to articulate improvement opportunities succinctly.

The re-engineering process is directed towards a holistic focus. This implies considering business objectives and how processes relate to these and thereby encouraging a full-scale recreation of the respective business processes rather than the iterative optimisation of sub- processes.

As IT may play an important role in the engineering concept and could be an enabler in improving effectiveness in working and collaborating within an organisation, a combined background in IT and business process redesign would be helpful.
