Client
Our current ICG client will be implementing Salesforce as a full-function CRM across several geographic markets during the 2nd quarter 2017.
The Role
Our Client is seeking a Lead Consultant to advise on the implementation program, including:
- Key precursor steps
- Key activities during implementation
- Program management capabilities and activities
- Post implementation steps and assurance
- Risks and risk management requirements
- Vendor management issues and tactics
This role has the potential to be an Advisor, and may extend to program management depending on agreed requirements and client resourcing.
The client is also interested in understanding ICG’s capabilities in supporting their operating companies in this simultaneous roll-out – Australia/NZ, UK, US, Europe. Capability in a multi-site, multi-company and multi-geography roll-out will therefore be critical. As well, a network of colleagues that may be able to assist would be a bonus characteristic.
ICG is in a capabilities qualification stage with our client and selection for this Expression of Capability will lead to a series of qualifying discussions with the client. As such the successful Accredited Professional will share in the selling fees for a successful conversion to an engagement.

Logistics: During the 2nd quarter 2017
Location: Australia or New Zealand for the Lead Consultant with potential contributing professionals in UK and US
Offshore candidates will only be considered if they cover their own travel and accommodation expenses.
Rate: To be determined.
Process: APT’s must be lodged by the time and date specified below.
