Client
A new ICG client is the largest trade show organiser in Asia and the largest commercial organiser in China, India, Thailand and Malaysia. Established with its headquarters in Hong Kong and subsidiary companies across Asia and in the US, the client has a strong global presence in 24 major cities with 32 offices and 1,300 staff.
Our client is looking for 1-2 Certified Senior Administration Specialist in Salesforce.com CRM platform to work with the Digital Innovation and Business Intelliegence unit.
The Role
Certified Senior Administrative Specialist
The successful Professional will have deep experience and be certified in Salesforce’s cloud based CRM platform with a strong emphasis on current processes and best practices. They will have demonstrated track record of successfully managing the knowledge transfer and change requirements for the digital based customer management system.
Ideally the Professional will have significant experience in:
- Significant experience (min 3-5 years) using Salesforce’s CRM system,
- Ability to communicate and work effectively in a group environment, including training the permanent staff,
- Be the interface between the digital platform and the multiple level of users,
- Dealing with a variety of stakeholders.
Logistics, Rate & Process
Location: Hong Kong. Starting immediately for initial 6 month period with a potential to extend.
Offshore candidates will only be considered if they cover their own travel and accommodation expenses.
Rate: Final amount to be negotiated with the client and will be consistent with current market rates and level of experience for Salesforce Administrators.
Process: APT’s must be lodged by the time and date specified below.
