BAF® Request: SGP-459-Senior Aviation Consultant – Specialist/HR/Ops
Client
A new ICG client is a diversified global corporation with HQ in Singapore. In addition to the operating business lines, the company owns, operates and manages its own fleet of air planes for the use of the principal and Affiliates.
Our client is looking for a senior consultant with strong domain knowledge in Business and General Aviation, including operations and HR policies for an initial online or in person consultation. The initial consultation may result in a longer assignment related to specific deliverables of the project, to be determined.
The Role
The successful Professional will have deep experience in the running of a small or private aviation concern or have been a senior executive in the airline industry. They will have demonstrated track record in all best practices of airline management: flight ops, fleet and crew management as well as regulatory environment for a global operation.
Ideally the Professional will have significant experience in:
- Min 10 years in the airline industry, either as an executive or in a consulting capacity
- Strong domain knowledge of benefits and employee policies for the industry
Logistics, Rate & Process
Logistics: Immediate start. End date to be confirmed. The assignment may be done via video conferencing for a length of between 3-6 hours to be finalised upon confirmation.
Location:Singapore
For this assignment, offshore candidates will only be considered if they cover their own travel and accommodation expenses.
Rate: Final amount to be negotiated with the client, however, depending on level of experience and seniority, the rate range for the Senior Aviation consultant would be between S$1500 and S$2500
Process: APT’s must be lodged by the time and date specified below.
