BAF^® Request: SGP-FS-374-Product Development-Brainstorming Facilitator

This is a BAF^® Best Accredited Professional Forward request. ICG is seeking interested and available professionals to respond to a service request.

Client

A new ICG client is looking for a Brainstorm Session Facilitator to work with their bank partners.

The Role

The brainstorming facilitator will lead a card product team brainstorming session over a day.  The expected outcome would be a proposed product with a strong and relevant value proposition that meets the needs of the target market and the financial objectives of the client.

Preferred Knowledge and Experience

The facilitator will be a seasoned payments professional with experienced gained from world class payment and credit card companies.  Specifically, the facilitator will have the following skills:

• Working experience with new product development in the payments industry, specifically in the Asia Pacific region
• Familiar with best practices in new product development methodology
• An experienced facilitator (certification preferred)

Formal qualifications in marketing insights, NPD and marketing would be an added advantage.

Logistics, Process and Rate

Logistics: Singapore location; Starting immediately for a 1 day session

Offshore and interstate candidates will only be considered if they cover their own travel and accommodation expenses.

Process: APT’s must be lodged by the time and date specified below.

We will review all APT’s and select the best 3 for the client. The client or ICG Account Manager will then conduct interviews and advise of further process.

Rates: Final amount to be negotiated with the client, however, depending on level of experience and seniority, the daily gross rate range for the Facilitator would be between $3,000.
