BAF® Request: SYD-432-Global Member Services – Australian Head

Due to an internal restructuring ICG is elevating its member services support role and is looking for a new professional to join its SYD HUB team.
The Role
This role will suit a graduate who is looking to work in the consulting industry. The role is multi-faceted and covers member administration and support, office management, campaign management, and event management.
As the role works closely with many senior consultants, the successful applicant will also have the opportunity to start to learn about the local and global consulting industry and get involved in firm management. The firm is automating many of its administrative systems and the person (once trained in the manual onboarding processes) will play a key role working with the technology team who is leading the automation work.
The applicant will be degree qualified in a business, IT or finance discipline and will be highly proficient in all aspects of PPT and Word and Excel and will be trained in the use of leading campaign management tools.
The role reports directly to the part-time Global Head of Member Services and the firm’s CEO and due to firm growth will be responsible for managing part-time and casual support personnel. So an ideal role in which to grow as a professional.
Logistics, Rate & Process
Logistics: Immediate start
Location: Sydney CBD
Rate: Contract package – AUD$75,000 per annum
Process: APT’s must be lodged by the time and date specified below.

We will review all APT’s and select the best 3. The client will then conduct interviews.
