BAF® Request: SYD/NZ-426-Strategy Analyst
Client
A boutique management consulting company focused on solving issues of strategy and business development requires an associate level consultant on a short-term contract basis to bolster the team for a New Zealand engagement. The goal of the engagement is to finalise a strategic review and develop a 3 year turn-around and implementation programme for a ~$150m company based in the south island of New Zealand.
The Role
The client needs an Associate level management consultant with strategy experience.
Ideally the candidate should have:
- 5+ years of business/commercial experience including 3+ years of formal strategy consulting experience
- Strong understanding of, and experience in, a hypothesis-driven consulting processes
- Very strong PowerPoint skills with the ability to structure and produce high quality insightful slides containing high quality analysis and clear findings.
- Agribusiness experience is preferred but not essential
Working closely with the Director and Engagement Manager to assist in the analysis and presentation development of the strategic fact base and review.
Logistics, Rate & Process
Logistics: The client is looking to start on 12th December, for a 4-6 week period, with a deadline of 31st January 2017 and a Christmas break from the 24th December 2016 to the 9th January 2017
Location: Sydney or NZ (remotely) with 2-3 trips to Invercargill NZ. The client is prepared to pay for travel, accommodation and away from home meals.
Rate: Final amount to be negotiated with the firm, however, depending on level of experience the net amount payable for this engagement is in the range of $1,000 per day.
Process: APT’s must be lodged by the time and date specified below.
