BAF® Request: SYDNEY-487-FS-Senior Supply Chain Consultant

Client

An existing ICG Financial Services client is looking to appoint a Senior Supply Chain Consultant with strategic sourcing, cost reduction, and insurance claims experience to provide subject matter expertise and execution plan development for a critical cost efficiency program.

The Role

Working with the senior executive and team responsible for providing viable and innovative solutions to reduce the costs associated with the retail insurance and claims space, the successful accredited professional will be accountable for identification of technologies and innovations across the contents claims supply chain and be accountable for putting together strong business cases and execution plans to hit cost efficiency targets.

Senior Supply Chain Consultant

The successful professional will have likely performed similar tasks previously in a large financial services organisations and/or have over 10 years of strategy & change management consulting experience with a focus on supply chain management and cost reduction programs.

They will have experience in Insurance and Claims and a referenceable track record of/proven expertise/leadership in:

• Use of technology and innovation in the given area
• Strong communications and influencing skills
• Ability to support options and recommendations with appropriate data-gathering, diagnosis, analysis, assessment and presentation
• Hands-on leadership and working style, someone who is not afraid of “getting involved in the details”, while providing effective coaching, guidance and thought leadership to the team
• Strong thought leadership and proven ability to generate innovative process and cost improvement ideas

Logistics, process & Rate

Logistics: Starting in mid-July​ 2017 on an initial 6-8 week project then potentially transitioning to an advisory role.

Location: Sydney and/or Brisbane.  Business travel across the two cities will be covered.

Rate: The daily gross rate range for the Senior Supply Chain Consultant would be between $2,000 and $3,000 based on experience level.

 We will review all APT’s and select the best 3. The client will then conduct interviews.
