Client
A Tier 1 Australian bank requires two Senior Program Analysts to support a Transformation Program complete the implementation of its new Superannuation and Investments structure.
The Role
The Senior Program Analysts will report into the Program Manager, Management Governance Office and work directly with the Program Management team across the Transformation program.
The role scope includes:
- Financial management and reporting
- Program level planning
- Co-ordination of program risks, issues and change management
- Project reporting, including assisting with Program Steering Committee and Board reports
- Documentation management
- Administrative support
The individual will be part of the Program Management and Governance office team.
Required experience:
- At least 5 years experience in supporting delivery of programs
- Ability to operate in a truly agile way (daily decisioning, competing priorities, ability to deal with ambiguity)
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- A strong focus on quality and accuracy
Logistics, Process and Rate
Logistics: The work will be undertaken out of the organisation’s Sydney’s office and the individual will be required to be based in the Sydney office fulltime.
An immediate start, full time, until end September 2016, with a possibility to extend until end of 2016.
Process: APT’s must be lodged by the time and date specified below.

We will review all Transcripts (note the new format) and select the best4-6 for the client. The client or ICG Account Manager will then conduct interviews and advise of further process.
Rates: Dependent on the individual’s experience, a daily rate circa $1300 is to be expected.
The existing ICG Accredited Professional can provide further information to interested candidates and will be actively involved in this engagement.
