Gopal is the CEO of the STO HUB and a Strategy Practice Leader. He is based in Stockholm, Sweden.

Client Focus

• Gopal has over 20 years of experience as a Principal and Partner working with top tier companies (A.T. Kearney, Infosys, Volvo and Philips)
• While at A.T.Kearney, Gopal worked in Sweden, India and Australia with a focus on serving Financial Institution clients, managing large restructuring and leading complex PMI programs. He was also a Founding Principal setting up the A.T.Kearney India presence
• Gopal was responsible for establishing and growing the Management Consulting business for Infosys in his role as Head of Asia-Pacific for Infosys Consulting
• At Volvo, Gopal interfaced closely with the Group Executive team in providing them with strategic advice on business critical issues such as operational excellence, after-market services, China/India market entry strategies and process optimization
• Gopal is currently working on deepening his competencies in Life Sciences with a particular focus on topics such as clinical research, patient outcomes, reuse of electronic health records, intelligent patient information etc. He is interfacing closely with some of the largest pharmaceutical companies and with high profile European Union programs in this regard
• Gopal’s domain specializations are in the areas of Financial Services, Automotive, Life Sciences and ICT/Digital
• His functional specializations are in the areas of Strategy development & deployment, operational excellence, large scale turnaround management, M&A, PMI and IT Strategy including outsourcing
• Gopal regularly applies systems thinking, tools and techniques to deliver holistic, sustainable outcomes for his client.

• As a thought leader, Gopal has been a speaker and facilitator at prestigious events such as the World Economic Forum, International Banking and Securities Forum and Bankers to Bankers Forum

• Gopal has a Masters from the School of Automation, Indian Institute of Science and has stood 1st in his University
