ICG Mini-expo – EXHIBITORS details

Table 1: ICG Robotic Process Automation (RPA) – Eric Jacobsen

We are in the age of Digital Transformation. Organizations must drive increasing value to their customers while lowering costs to remain competitive. Automation is the key to not only to improving customer loyalty, but also lowering the “cost to serve” and reducing risk. Automation enables transformation. Powered by Reveal Group, ICG’s Robotic Process Automation (RPA) provides an alternative sourcing option to human labour & outsourcing. Our digital workforce solution integrates with any system or application in the same way as a human. This frees up humans from repetitive work so they can deliver higher-value contributions across the organization.

Talk to Eric on how to help your clients save costs, eliminate errors and enhance their customer’s experience.

Table 2: ICG Amazon Readiness Assessment (ARA)- Jonathan Reeve

Retail is going through a period of disruptive change, and Amazon’s launch of physical retail operations in Australia is set to cause a further shift. Are you ready for Amazon? is a one-day workshop that draws on the latest thinking and weaves in practical learning from case studies to give you the tools to see your business in new ways and develop market-leading strategies to stay ahead. The Amazon Readiness Assessment is a diagnostic tool to benchmark your current strategic readiness for Amazon’s entry to your market which identifies high priority opportunities and threats.

Talk to Jonathan on how to help your clients (in retails, consumer goods and logistics companies) explore the disruption of traditional retail by online shopping and stay ahead of the game.

Table 3: ICG Skop.es app – Luke Farley

Skop.es is the first and only toolset dedicated to driving IT project outcomes.  Organisations depend on IT and Systems, typically running 3+ core systems. Churn rates average around 4-5 years, but 50% → 75% of projects fail to meet their objectives. Skop.es supports the capture of clearly defined outcomes and drives their achievement. It breaths life into governance and addresses the Critical Success Factors that undermine projects.

Key process support includes: Clear and detailed scoping, business case creation, IT system comparison & selection, stakeholder engagement, user acceptance and benefits maximization.

Talk to Luke about setting up a ‘client advocacy’ line of business that is a natural next step following digital transformation and IT strategy setting. With work areas including in project oversight, governance, vendor management and driving business benefits.

Table 4: ICG New Cyber security practice – Michael Trovato

Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation says cyber risk remains the No. 1 concern for business today. Since 2013, over 7 billion data records have been lost or stolen and only 4% were encrypted. The recent WannaCry malware has again dramatically exposed the vulnerabilities that many organisations have to cyber security.  In Australia, on average, a cyber-attack costs an organisation US $4.3 million per incident. However, this cost increases significantly when factoring in flow-on effects such as business disruption, information loss or theft, revenue loss, regulatory impacts or the impact on brand and reputation.

Talk with Mike about cyber security and technology risk governance, management, and transformation services to boards, risk committees, and executive management and how we help key stakeholders understand the obligations and outcomes of effective cyber security.

Table 5: Applied design thinking operating framework – Kelvin Dart

A practical and lean approach to getting from the journey of ideation to prototyping decision making and execution phase. We have created a framework, tested and proven, using the best of current known frameworks including Google Venture Design Sprints, Safe Agile and Lean UX methods to ensure you identify 1) the problem you wanting to solve, 2) when the customer wants it solved by, 3) the business opportunity and 4) feasibility to execute.

Talk to Kelvin for new and easy ways of staying in contact with clients and help them identify where their priorities should really lie.

Table 6: Success in Selling Best Affiliate Forward Briefs – Chris Karopoulos

Chris is renowned across the ICG Global Network for his success in selling Best Affiliate Forward Briefs to clients. BAF’s lie at the heart of the ICG offering. Learn from the best how to sell BAF’s.
