ICG’s Professional Services Industry Practice has partnered up with the Managing Partners‘ Forum in London, ICG and Performance Leader to design another ground-breaking study on remuneration in partnerships. If you are a CEO, COO, Managing or Senior Partner, Human Resources / Talent Officer or member of the Remuneration Committee at your professional partnership, please click here to participate in the study.

Partner contribution, compensation and remuneration management are of critical importance for professional firms that wish to execute their plans, enjoy sustainable financial success, and retain the loyalty and commitment of their partners.

Yet most managing partners and HR leaders continue to tell us that the processes at their firms constitute major hurdles to achieving those goals.

This survey, which builds on our influential 2015 launch survey, addresses:

  • Formal and informal processes to measure personal and team performance;
  • Factors influencing remuneration outcomes;
  • Outcomes connected to informal performance conversations;
  • Perceived effectiveness of review processes and reward structures;
  • Practical changes that would lead to improvements.

We will provide respondents with valuable insight into current practices and future intentions. A free summary report, including our analysis of emerging trends, will be shared with each participant.

The survey takes 15 to 20 minutes to complete, with submissions due no later than 5pm on Wednesday, 11 January 2017. Individual responses will be confidential.
